Sadly, this Dunkin's has two awful problems: one, the staff never look you in the eye or respond to a "hello" or "how are you".... I get that it's fast paced, but I'm trying to be a human interacting with other humans. Secondly, each order placed isconsistently done wrong, which is a shame given that my orders are through the app and everything is in writing already. I hatethat without fail, my visits end up in wasted coffee. Read more
Coffee taste horrible and lady was rude????
Great coffee, good price, the shop was neat and clean. The server was fantastic, I ordered my coffee and she was the only one... working, the drive up was getting crowded and she was running trying to keep everyone happy, and I thought she did great. Ireally liked the coffee and service. Read more
Went there this afternoon and ordered a medium smoked vanilla cold brew with cold foam, it literally tastes like regular coffee... and no type of smoked anything. Not worth almost 5 bucks Read more
Every other order is wrong. If you order delivery from this place they will give you a wrong order half the time, I order a hot... drink and it comes iced, I've been missing doughnuts before too. If you order an iced matcha latte from this place ask for easyice otherwise they will fill the cup with it so they don't give you as much matcha. Honestly the only reason I still go there isbecause it's down the street. If literally any other coffee shop was closer I'd switch in a heartbeat. Read more

I've been going to this Dunkins for quite a while and its great for the most part. The sandwiches and donuts have always been... good I haven't had an issue with them but the coffee is another story. I usually get an iced coffee and with sugar and cream andwhenever I tell them to mix it they do it very quickly which leads me to just doing it myself because it is never mixed well butother than that employees are friendly and service is fairly quick.
