I do not know if my other review went through.When my children were living at home. We always ordered from Domino's. Being at my... son's house. We ordered from Spencer DOMINO'S. I was in awe just as good as years ago. I ordered from this Dominos not sogood.TOO MUCH CRUST SKIMPY ONION AND PEPPERS I ordered Pizza not almost Two inches of crust, all around I will not order fromthis location again. Very discouraging. Today I ordered a cheese bread and 6 piece bbq wings and I call Nicole the so called manager. And I told her that I want my... chicken well done . My order came and the chicken is undercooked and my cheese bread looks deformed. I called the store andNicole picked up the phone she say that she is the manager I told her that my chicken is not well done and the cheese bread wasnot prepared properly and she told me if the cheese bread have cheese and if it was baked then it was made good. What type ofcustomer service is this with rude managers .And I know that all calls get recorded and I hope that the district manager hearsthis phone call and fired Nicole at the spot. Read more
Like ummmm what is that? I usually like dominos and the store but this wasn?t it at all. Like that?s not garlic crust that?s... burnt half crust half none.... the cinnamon twist literally never are that poor quality. Usually it?s put over it I had to handmix it for my kids. If I could give this place -100 I would. I placed a $95 ordered, repeated my order 100 times to make sure they have everything.... 2 hours later I received my delivery missing half of my food. The food was absolutely disgusting, cold, I wouldn?t feed it tomy dog. I called the store for a refund the manager tells me she can?t issue refunds because the district manager is the onlyone that can do that. Terrible service, nasty food, my pizza had a hole in it looks like a rat eat it before they brought it tome. I?m so disgusted and frustrated beyond belief. I don?t even know how they even have that establishment running with suchpoor management. All they know how to do is apologize. I don't like the location but it is the only Domino's Pizza in my vicinity so I have to go here. Entrance and exit (actually the... whole building) are very inconveniently located near an intersection that is very busy making it hard to get in and out causinga lot of traffic delays. There are plenty of other locations in Worcester. I wish they had chosen this one. And when I got tothe drive up window it took a long time for someone to greet me at the window. I realized they were busy gathering my order. Imean I was there for a while wondering if I was even at the right window or not. They could have at least greeted me first andthen tell me to wait while they get my order. I wouldn't mind waiting, but at least then I would know why I'm waiting. Read more
