This location is the worst DQ in existence. They?re so disorganized I don?t know how they can manage to get the correct food/... ice cream to people because there?s just food everywhere and they handle ice cream cones with bare hands right infront ofcustomers. Gross. They?re rude and unprofessional. And the blizzards I got last night were the worst ice creams I?ve ever had.It seemed like they added water to it because it tasted horrible and was instant liquid after they handed it to me. The food and ice cream were just as you'd expect... DELICIOUS! Even though this location has been open for awhile now, there are... still days with LOOOONG wait times. Which brings me to only giving 4 stars. When busy, the ice cream area and grill area need towork on their timing. The grill area had my food cooked & bagged almost a full 10 mins before I was given me ice creams. For theice cream makers, they way they work on orders send very inefficient to me. Cause I watched my order being done and they did 2of my 4 ice creams then about 5 mins later came the other 2. Appeared they worked on too many orders at once. And when it's amadhouse it is very easy to get confused. Not how I would expedite orders but I don't work there. ???? So if you don't mindwaiting, this location is still a great place to go in the city. Read more
It was just bad timing. They were behind in pushing orders out and we waited at least 10 minutes for our order to be taken . The... chaos died, our order was taken, we received our food really quick. The food: I got the 2 for 4 and the pretzel was ok. Thesauce that came with it taste weird. My burger had way too much mustard that it ruined it. My son got a double cheeseburger. Hesaid it was good as well as onion rings and a blizzard. I tried the onion rings and I like them. No bad. Read more
I ordered a cake for a going away party. It was supposed to be a strawberry cheesecake blizzard cake layered with cake crunch... and chocolate ice cream. Issues with the cake: 1) It is hideous. We asked for the graham cracker crumbles to be sprinkled onthe cake, not to cover it. The handwriting is also awful. 2) There was barely any strawberries mixed into the ice cream, it wasmostly vanilla. 3) There was peanut butter cups and chocolate sauce in the center. We did not ask for this. I spoke to Daishaon the phone, and she said she would give a refund once I show proof of purchase will I will be doing. Read more
