The lights were on and two men were standing in the store. Google said they were open. It was 35 degrees outside. My 74... year old Mother went to the door to try and get a sandwich. At first they ignored her. When she persisted to knock on thedoor they started laughing at her. I have never witnessed such rude behavior from a Jimmy John's. I took my mother elsewhereand we will never return to this horrible establishment. Jimmy Johns should be ashamed of this franchise. I will beforwarding this to corporate. Food is okay, but the accuracy is horrible. I asked for no mayo and add cheese to my sub, but the couldn't get that right even... though they weren't busy. I got mayo on my sandwich and they charged me for cheese I did not get. Read more
I have gotten extremely sick from this place not once but TWICE! The first time I assumed it was what I had eaten for breakfast... that day. I got a sub on Monday and twenty minutes later I can hardly catch a break IT WAS THE ONLY THING I HAD EATEN THE ENTIREDAY so no excuses this time. It?s now Wednesday and I?m still struggling to feel normal. It is impossible to attempt to tell themanager that their food made me sick because they assume I?m wrong and that it was in fact something else. Sorry Jimmy Johns butyou?re mediocre subs aren?t that good and aren?t worth what I?m going through right now. If your open till 10 you gotta make quality subs till 10. Called my order in at 925. Got there at 930. Fast because the subs... were ready. But the bread was hard and didn?t seem fresh at all. Have eaten jimmy johns many times at other locations, and neverwas the sub so bad because of the bread. I understand I came in 30min before close, but as long as you are open till 10 youshould have the same quality product till 10. Read more

I had to drop my rating to a one. this place is never open when I come by anymore. Update April 14th 2020 individual came out... $5 short to change a $20 and I had to wait for him to run back in and waste more of my time. Great subs, they blow Subway outof water every time.
