Horrible experience!! Waited 20+ minutes in line only to be told "the sandwich maker/oven is too far behind so we're not serving... hot food now". Too far behind so you're just not going to serve us? So much for breakfast. Not to mention they were extremelyrude and condescending when asking questions. I will never go back to this location and never recommend it! Read more
Service quality varies from day to day. Some days they're friendly and nice, the others they refuse to say a word to me and hand... me incorrect orders. Just today, the drive through attendants sound dog tired, and said nothing to me outside of telling me mytotal. Read more
Would put 0 stars if I could they had to re make my coffee 3 times and still could not get it right so I had to go buy another... one after throwing the all of the others away and they still could not get it right. I love dunkin and it?s brand! However, my experience today was not so pleasant. I?m standing here enjoying my coffee which was... made with relatively good speed of operations but it was only because of 2 employees. The rest of them were just standing aroundtalking and laughing for a solid 20 minutes while I stood there waiting for my coffee and then enjoyed my delicious iced mochalatte. I?m not sure why all these young kids are doing standing around and collecting money from the owners but I?d of steppedmy foot down. Not the first time I?ve came here and seen this. Price seems to change everyday &4.14; next $4.88 today $5.10. Manager helpful determine button not hit for extra fees and... should have paid &4.88 no refund provided still charged $5.10. How many overcharged. I won?t be spending my money here again. Read more
it?s a huge hit or miss at this dunkin?. some days what I order is perfect, some days it?s the opposite. after going through the... drive thru, my coffee tasted like it had no sugar in it and they gave me the wrong donut. to top things off, the coolatta weordered had brown stuff floating in it at the top.... it tasted really funky.
