I love Dunkin but this one is awful. The customer service is atrocious. I ordered 4 dozen donuts and was told I needed to order... that many 24 hours in advance. My drink was cold and Megan the drivethru employee was rude as heck. Read more
Horrible experience!! Waited 20+ minutes in line only to be told "the sandwich maker/oven is too far behind so we're not serving... hot food now". Too far behind so you're just not going to serve us? Would put 0 stars if I could they had to re make my coffee 3 times and still could not get it right so I had to go buy another... one after throwing the all of the others away and they still could not get it right.
