While waiting for my door dash order to be ready, shift manager Nate picked a spilled bag of food up off the floor while store... manager Tony watched. When the shift manager was asked by the other door dasher if that food was on the floor, Nate said don'tworry about it and closed the bag with a sticker. The door dasher asked for the food to be remade, but they refused. Soooogross!!! I would be so mad if that were my food. Arby's is my favorite fast food place. Food is always great great salads. Have never had a order wrong or any problems.
Make sure you check your bag before you leave if you mobile order. We got home and the fries were only half way full.

Usually quicker than the one on the main drag of Wooster, but I've also noticed that the food quality is better here. I've... gotten cold sandwiches from the Beall avenue one before and I was the only one in line. We needed 100 sandwiches on VERY short notice. They are short-staffed and this was their busy time of day, but When Tracy found... out this was for hot lunch for school children, she went above and beyond! She was so kind to us!! I have always had an excellent experience here. The wait time is manageable, as long as you come in NOT at lunch. But, its... wooster, so. The workers are speedy, and friendly. Managers are helpful, and knowledgeable, and I love the attitude and pridefor the job. Overall id say this is the best fast food close to walmart. Read more
