While waiting for my door dash order to be ready, shift manager Nate picked a spilled bag of food up off the floor while store... manager Tony watched. When the shift manager was asked by the other door dasher if that food was on the floor, Nate said don'tworry about it and closed the bag with a sticker. The door dasher asked for the food to be remade, but they refused. Soooogross!!! I would be so mad if that were my food. Arby's is my favorite fast food place. Food is always great great salads. Have never had a order wrong or any problems.
Make sure you check your bag before you leave if you mobile order. We got home and the fries were only half way full.

I have always had an excellent experience here. The wait time is manageable, as long as you come in NOT at lunch. But, its... wooster, so. The workers are speedy, and friendly.
