Worse restaurant in the city of Wooster. The big bartender (Brian) Stays drunk and screws up all night. I just sat there... watching him. He would keep putting down people's cards on the bar and forgetting them there. Multiple people were all hot aboutit. This used to be the place to be but has totally went down hill. Not sure who the man was running the bar on 11/21/22 at around 4pm, but he shouldn't be impaired on the job, which he obviously... was. He also left our card in their machine for over 5 minutes while he talked to someone, after he came back we had a hugemishap where they charged us, but said they didn't, and wanted to charge us twice. No manager came to actually help us, when onecame, a man in blue, he was no help, saying basically too bad. Around 5 we spoke to another manager, a woman in a green shirt,she was super rude and sweaty, rolled her eyes at us multiple times before walking away, rude for someone her age. By the end ofthe night the meal was paid for twice, being told we will receive one refund in 3-5 days. All in all we won't be back becausethey did not handle our money/credit card properly due to the bartender being impaired. Awful. I honestly don't leave badreviews often. But, here we are. But wait, there is more. Give that nice, adorable, blonde girl a raise for how helpful she was,she was wearing one of the black uniform shirts. I wish I got her name. Read more
Nobody was at the front to seat us for an uncomfortable amount of time. We then sat without silverware with our salads for a... solid 10 minutes. Food was okay as always. Then had to wait way to long for bill. Read more
Our last visit here was awesome! This location has been hit or miss in the past chalk it up to mgnt or covid, but they are... getting much better. Seems to be back to where they were years ago, better food, better service! Restaurant is clean, newmenus. Read more
Arrived an hour before closing in a party of 6; waitress agreed to remain on the job after her shift so we could be comfortably... seated together. Orders consisted of dinners, appetizers or dessert. Very busy but extremely efficient. Was seated in about 15 minutes upon arrival. We were waited on immediately for drink... order, upon return with drinks the 5 of us gave our order, appetizers served promptly and the same for the meal. Everythingfrom kitchen was perfect to the order. Wait person was friendly and sufficiently checked back with us for drinks and clearingof used dinnerware. We were very impressed!!! We've been going there for years.. The food in the past has always been good, lately it's just okay. My wife ordered the... "Four-Cheese Mac + Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders". All you could taste was BBQ. I had the "Caprese MozzarellaChicken". It had two huge slices of raw onion. I'd say both were 2/5 on taste. I guess it's possible my meal was supposed tohave the onion raw like that but it makes no sense. You can't eat that like that. Took my family here tonight to spend a gift card I got for my b day, I specifically told the waitress that I wanted my burger... will done. She brought all our food out and my fries were cold and my burger was still breathing. By the time the bright my newburger back my family was all done eating.
