Besides having the best pizza and calzones in the city, yesterday I had a chicken stir fry wrap and it was amazing!!! The... chicken tasted so good. With only a few workers, I am amazed by the quality of food they make. Everytime I go in, their busy butseems to make the food so good. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE OWNER!! Mind you I eat here almost everyday, always leave a... tip & never have had an issue, until YESTERDAY!!! I ordered the garlic cheese bread which was LITERALLY just a roll of breadwith some cheese & garlic seasoning in it.. didn?t even leave the premises, tried a bite of it and was absolutely disgusted, sowent inside to ask for a refund & the owner VERY RUDELY told me no& gave me an attitude & even though I stated I order from themALL THE TIME he told me he doesn?t care to lose my business. I will NEVER eat here again, despite how much I love the food ; Iwill not be treated like that or talked to like that! I?ve seen plenty of bad reviews where they wrote back & tried to reconciletheir wrong doings, but the fact that I walked right back in the store & let them know I was an unsatisfied customer and gottalked to the way that I did? Worst pizza I have ever received in my life. Completely inedible- the top was clearly burnt and the dough was raw
This has always been one of my favorite pizza places. It is my go to spot to order from. However the last two experiences I?ve... had with the restaurant have been negative and now I won?t go back here anymore. This last experience was the nail in the coffinfor me. The delivery driver Travis Champaign refuses to deliver to my house just because I got a divorce from his friend. Noother issue with him other than I?m no longer married to his friend. Mind you it?s been 2 years since the divorce. It was soembarrassing and unprofessional to be told that I am being refused service due to the driver having a problem with me. I wasoffered to pick up my food from the business but who wants to go in there after being told something like that. Never mind thetime prior when I called to give feedback about my salad not being edible. The way that situation was handled by 2 differentemployees was horrible also. I?m so very disappointed. Excellent food. I've eaten almost everything on the menu. And so far everything is delicious. They give good size portions. I... like the steak and cheese calzones the Best . Pizza is fantastic, the pasta dinners are amazing. You definitely want to trytheir grilled chicken salad. They are always busy, but well worth the wait. The staff is excellent, always friendly andhelpful. I highly recommend Woonsocket palace pizza, it's a diamond in the rough! Read more
