I love this location! I hate ordering at any other location. I use the app to order ahead and very rarely do I have to wait for... it when I get there. The team there always welcomes me in and says thank you when I leave. And as someone in customer service itmeans far more than it sounds! They always get my drink right. Terrible service. I sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes for an order I placed online. They were in no hurry to get people... out of the line at all. When I received my order I assume they ran out of ice due to a lady bringing a bunch of bags in fromsomewhere else and I got my drink the ice was already almost melted my hot drink was not hot any more. There were 9 people working behind the counter. We ordered 4 drinks and 3 sandwiches, under one transaction. We got all our food... at once, but it was over 15 minutes to get our drinks. They were making every ones drinks but ours. Hey starbucks, when there isan order that comes through, that entire order should be completed at the same time. Read more
5 stars for Mason. Came by 7/14 for my birthday drink and he was so polite and upbeat. He wished me a happy birthday with such... sincerity!
