We eat at Arby's a lot, but not usually this one, but we did this time. The size of the chicken they put on our sandwiches... was laughable. It was maybe 1" long by 1/3"... about a third of a chicken nugget, it appeared they'd cut one into multiplepieces. We ordered 3 large curly fries, and when asked for Arby's sauce, she could only give us 2, I was unaware there was anArby's sauce shortage in the world, but guess there is. The food took about 16 minutes to get done, during that time, I watchedthem pull 3 cars forward to wait, one of which they had to walk out and refund their money because they didn't have food thawedto serve them. There's lots of employees, moreso than I've seen in other Arby's, so not sure they can blame that. Also, therestaurant was very dirty. I'd say it was because they were so busy, but 3 cars and one walk in during 20 minutes, I don'tconsider that busy since none appeared to order much food (it was all small sacks they carried out the door to the waiting drivethroughs). They were really busy and there was a wait, but for good reason, the order was accurate and delicious!!

As always Arby's delivers the goods. I got a French Dip and Swiss with curly fries and they were both made fresh and hot. All... around good restaurant experience. Read more
This Arby's is experience trouble w/staff I was told but, they have got to learn how to clean those fryers along w/changing out... the oil. They need a dedicated fryer for fish. Those two fish sandwiches were lacking something too be desired! Their cookiesare the best around! I would take a lot of their cookies @ anytime ????! I realize it's the middle of the afternoon but my experience should be better. The curly fries I was given were chewy and tasted... like they had been fried in old frying oil. The Gyro was good but I never could get a full cup of ice. The floors needed to beswept and mopped. Not one of the better stores I've been in. Read more
The only thing truly remarkable about Arby's are the curly fries. 5 stars for those... I actually am, however, trying to... understand how a turkey sandwich, One would assume is healthy, has almost 1000 calories. Read more
