GO TO SONIC! Waited 20 minutes to only see the line move up one car! When finally got to place order, we waited 5 minutes before... anyone even spoke to us. Before ordering, we asked for a time estimate for the wait. We saw three cars pull out of line while wewere waiting?that?s how we moved up. Absolute dysfunction in the drive thru so see left and went across the street to Sonicwhere we could place our order in 3 minutes and wait only 8 minutes for our food for 5 people. Read more
Service was fast inside but a loaded triple has everything on it! The only reason it even gets 2 stars is because of how nice the first lady was so nice when I ordered and she gave me my food.... But I noticed some of it was missing before I drove off (it happens I understand) but the fact that TWO females come up to thewindow, looked at me, and walked off with out saying anything was what got me first. I finally had to wave down a young man tohelp me as the girl is just standing there (neither females was the first girl I talked to) and he asked me what I needed. WhenI made a comment about how she just looked at me and walked away she rolled her eyes and turned her back to me. I told him whatI needed and he got it for me respectfully. But the other girl definitely don?t need to work in the industry if she?s gonna berude. Also my fries weren?t done and my bread on my burger tasted like straight grease. I just got off so I understand beingtired but the attitude they gave me because THEY messed up was unnecessary when I was so nice and just needed the rest of myorder.
