Was " greeted" by a little girl with a bad attitude. I asked her to heat the meat before putting in the sandwich. As she was... clearly putting it in the sandwich cold, i asked again. She looked at me like i was such an annoyance and she said I will heatit In the sandwi ch. I said no please heat it alone first and again with the bread after. I just prefer it this way. Thisdidn't sit well with her because she had to walk to get the rubber container they heat stuff in. As she was coming back she whispered an insult for me to her colleague. Rolling her eyes thinking I wasn't watching. Is that a way Zero work ethics. ZeroSavoir vivre. I was extra polite the whole time. Giving her a chance to redeem with a smile.. but no. Operating a fireworks stand across the parking lot from the Woodstock Subway. I ordered a BMT. Minutes later, a delightful young... lady brought the sub to my stand. There was no delivery charge. The sub was outstanding. The roll tasted like it had just beenbaked. The meat portions were generous and the condiments were done exactly as I had asked. My last Subway experience (N.Winchester) had beed disappointing. The Woodstock store restored my confidence in Subway. Read more
If I could give a zero rating I would. When my daughter and I were in town for President?s Day weekend we ordered pickup from... this store using the app. It was the Saturday when there was an ice storm and the store ended up closing early. I was extremelyappreciative when they called me to say they wouldn?t be able to fulfill my order because they closed early due to the ice. Ifigured they would refund my money and cancel the order. They did not. I have called the store at least 5-6 times over the lastfew weeks and never been able to speak to anyone in charge. Multiple people have taken my number and no one as called back. Iknow it?s only $15 and some change but I shouldn?t have been charged for food I was never able to pick up. Read more
The people are really nice and made my first experience a really fun one! Definitely recommend.
The food seems ok. But every table was dirty. The floor was dirty. The drink station was dirty. Nothing was stocked at the drink... station. 2 sodas were out of syrup. And when I tried to pay I found they cant break a $100. I just looked for a sign before Iordered assuming that would be posted. If the outside is so poorly kept, it makes me wonder how many shortcuts are taken withthe food. I've been here a few times now and have yet to see it more clean than dirty. Read more
