Good food, nice and hot. Fast service. Excellent pop selection
Bought combos with two large drinks with no ice. They gave me my drinks only filled up 3/4 full. I know it?s doesn?t seem like... much but I paid for a large not a medium so I ask the lady to fill my drinks to full. She did even say a word to me. Filled outdrinks and closed the window shut. The customer service is usually bad at fast food restaurants but I wanted what I paid for. Read more
If I have zero rating option I can give it to them . They serve cold and pathetic food. If u complaint they started show... attitude look like u r stupid person doesn?t know anything. Instead of taking care of customer complaint or serve them whateverquality they want . Need lot of improvement. They r defaming name of franchise . Stopped in today for lunch while getting my vehicle serviced just down the road. First impression walking in was such a good... one. New, clean, modern restaurant compared to many other Wendy?s locations. Option to order on your own, or at the counter. Plenty of seating options, including a patio. Even when looking into the kitchen from the ordering counter, it was very cleanand orderly. Brooke who took my order was super friendly, helpful, and confirmed my order for the change I made to thesandwhich. Food came out fresh, hot and correctly. Love the fact they are using trays again if you choose to dine-in and thatall the condiments and such are available to grab on your own, and aren?t behind the counter. When in the area, I?ll be sure tocome back to this location. I hope more Wendy?s get a much needed facelift, and start to look like this location. Read more
Found hair in my burgers and the staff were so rude when i brought it to there attention, finally one manager helped me out.... Haven?t been back since and don?t plan on going, employees need to be taught customer service skills and to not team up on thecustomer. Read more

Late Nov, 2022 weekday, late afternoon lunch. Ample parking, easy access from Hwy2 and 401. It is few minutes drive from... Woodstock Dundas St to the west where there are multiple amenities, industrial, business setup, especially car dealers which arecommon on the periphery of town. Staff and clients are decent. Read more
