Worse service ever. The staff are rude. They don?t listen to your orders and they correct you as too how you should order for... the next time. The reason was cold and the frozen strawberry lemonade tasted awful. I would not recommend going there. Read more
I watched a supervisor belittle her staff in front of a full restraunt for making a mistake when she keyed in a sandwich and... slam the sandwich orders on the counter. She should be fired for such ignorant behavior this is not the first time I'vewitnessed this at this store and they wonder why they are always short staffed. Read more
Always,Always a crazy line up. Very slow service. I would assume is the new manager is so rude. If you ask a question your... getting attitude back. You being back an order because it?s wrong she?s rude about it. She doesn?t stand up for her employees.She?s always talking down on them eveytime I go in there and she?s working. This is by far the worse tim Hortons that I havebeen too. I lived in Toronto and the line ups at timmies there were crazy but was way way faster then this location. How can youjustify waiting 25 minutes for a medium coffee with two cream one sugar and there is only two people ahead of me? Timmies getrid of your new manager and place someone who treats their employees better and who has better customer service skills. Yourlocation will loose money really fast if you continue to employ her with her attitude and poor customer service. How about asmile every once in a while as well. I will rather drive to the Dundas location then come here if I don?t have to and I onlylive two minutes from this location. Everyone do yourself a favour and don?t go to this location.
