On a 401 trip for an appointment ahead of schedule. Stopped to go through drive through for a late breakfast. Lineup was... excruciatingly slow! Finally when I go to order through the speaker, the person on the other end could barely speak English!! Ialso had to repeat my order several times!!! Get to pickup window and the coffees for my wife and I were not entered insystem!!!! Got back on 401 with gps now showing late for trip???? Read more
I ordered toasted bagel with a large coffee. This is what i got. Cold bagel, not toasted with melted butter and a coffee made... with coffee that clearly been in contact with air for hours before being made. The worst coffee i ever had, tasted like mold. Read more

Worst. Service. Ever. Watched as everyone around us was handed food. Waited for 30 minutes to have my sandwiches made, then was... told it was a problem with their screen. But still not making sandwiches. I then asked for a refund and everyone pretended tobusy walking in circles. Stop taking orders if you can fulfill your current ones. Then when finally saying something about nothaving our sandwiches watched as the person making them slammed knives and had a very funny hissy fit about it. But after 30minutes, finally got out hatefully made sandwiches. Thanks Tim Hortons. Read more

On route wins again. Order med 2 cream 1 sugar. The vat pot near empty. So the server starts pouring my cup at its filling.... Mmmm pure mud! In the garbage. Made one on my truck. Done with On route Read more

This location has easily the worst waiting times I've ever seen at a Tim's. At one point no one manned the cashier for 15... minutes. Waited a half hour in line just to go to the Starbuck's across. Do not come here. Read more

Disgusting place is visibly dirty with stained counters and floors and flys flying around. I witnessed employees grabbing food... with bare hands multiple times as well. It took almost 30-45 min by the time we got our order and they completely messed it up.When I brought this up the manager was extremely rude and vulgar. I have never encountered such incompetent and Un pleasantemployees and especially the extremely rude manager. I wouldn?t go here if my life depended in it Read more

There was a sign up saying to order from the digital kiosk instead of queueing in line. Waited 25 minutes for two coffees as... staff decided not to fulfil any kiosk orders. No order numbers were called out, when asked staff said someone was meant to do itbut wasn't, solving nothing and taking no responsibility. Turns out our order had been left on the side and forgotten about forwho knows how long along with a large group of others. When we got it they had forgotten the whipped cream and we had to waitages for someone to add it. When they did it was the smallest strip possible. Save your time and go to the Starbucks directlyacross. Read more

However once i... opened my order (20 minutes from the en route) i realized i was given the wrong order. I ordered 2 sausage n egg muffin breakfast combos, and got 2 coffee?s a bagel with butter and 1 sandwich? for $17. Feel totally ripped off. Read more
