Quick service. But I had twice bad luck with the dark roast .it was not ready and I can't wait for it.so I ordered whatever was... ready. I like the honesty they don't serve like other Tim Hortons. Other Tim Hortons when don't have Dark roast, they give youregular coffee as they think they are smart enough to play around. . Read more

I need my money back for a 50 pack of timbits, asked for assorted and got honey dip and plain, not appealing to the children... they were for, I went back through drive through to ask, and all I got was, sorry we didn't have any of the other flavors,wellllll, then say that when someone asks for ASSORTED. That was this weekend, last weekend waited in the drive through for a hfan hour, I had to repeat my order several times, and still had items missed at the window. Read more

I understand that businesses can become busy but eventually a line has to be drawn and a 20 minute wait in the drive-through has... undoubtedly surpassed that line. Upon arrival at the window you'd expect a "Hello, sorry we're busy it will be a xx minutewait". Rather than that courtesy, I stared at the window for 5minutes before it finally opened, this was after the long wait.Hopefully the manager can review the video and figure out what had occurred to make service more courteous and business moreefficient, because this Tim's location has always been quick and courteous in the past...
