an hour to prepare already prepared food sitting under heating lamps???? just for it to arrive at my door COLD???? I had ordered... extra garlic sauces At 85 cents per extra sauce . somehow this was interrupted as dump a whole container of sauce directly on mymeal ???? c'mon I obviously wanted the sauce for something else , so now I can't even reheat my meal and the galic saucespilled out of my shawarma meal container is dripped over every item I ordered in the bag , I did ask for onions in my meal butyou could have sliced/ chopped them instead of putting them in whole ???? the rice (rocks ) was under cooked. The french frieswere warm at least. but if french fries ( stix) is the best part of a meal you've got some issues. all of this speaks to purelaziness . if reinstating the delivery fee would help ensure quality and care ? please by all means reinstate it . because freedelivery of of a ruined meal isn't worth it. I had a good experience here. It was my first time, and the woman helping me was so kind, she explained the whole menu. I got... the chicken with half rice half veggies, very delicious. She did warn me that the sauce was spicy, I went for mild but it wasdefinitely spicer than I anticipated. Read more
Woodstock - Good food! My reason for not 5 stars is the hot sauce is just drizzled on, not encourporated throughout the meal so... it is overpowering on one side of the dish. You have to mix it up to get the desired heat your going for. Read more
Such a delicious meal and amazing customer service. The sauce was forgotten on it (everyone makes mistakes sometimes). I called,... the employee was so apologetic and delivered the sauce right to my door. This is my 1st time eating here and I will go backagain. Read more
GO TO ANY OTHER OSMOW'S - NOT THIS ONE Received an incorrect order the first time. The second time we received a chicken platter... with half a container of only chicken on rice, the rest of the platter missing. We also ordered a beyond beef on the rocks andit tasted like someone sprayed lime juice all over the top. I've ordered from 2 different locations in Toronto and the food wasfair portions, far better tasting, and never missing entire parts of the order. Judging by the replies from this establishment,they just plain don't care at this point. Such a shame when I've seen other Osmow's locations do so well. Read more
Still taste great but serving is much less than what it used to. Ordering Large before will have this entire platter full and... overflowing, now its just half filled and container got smaller too.. I got a large and expects the container to be full at theleast. Read more
The food here is always above par in my experience. It gets 4 stars only because there are better shwarma places; but for a... chain, it's quite good. The service here is excellent. The order is always correct in my experience, the staff is friendly, andthe owner doesn't seem to just bark orders; he's helping make the food. The atmosphere is 4 stars because it is a chain andtherefore lacks uniqueness. It is clean and uncluttered. Read more
