PPL like the poutine cuz its saucy! I have simple taste and I love my potatoes. I had to go back to get fresh fries they were... overcooked. But, she was good about a replacement without arguing...rare these days for this old man. It was near closing timetoo. Make sure you request no salt if you don't like a lot on it. The hot dog was good. Be NICE to the staff they may travelfar, or get caught in traffic jams which delays them getting home. LOLRemember if you're going to eat at onRoute make sureyou're starving. Good poutine. Clean over all rest stop. Staff were friendly enough, prices and portions were adequate. Would recommend.
One of the workers here has absolute terrible customer service she was rude and once we got our food one of the poutine boxes... was open and on its side spilling into the bag and the hot dog we got had absolutely nothing on it. We also were missing a wholefry. Overall she made the experience absolutely terrible. Read more
