This location can be a hit or miss...but mostly a miss for me though as they ALWAYS forget something whenever I order breakfast... for my kids (either the maple syrup, the butter for pancakes, or the sauce for the bfast burritos). Also, somehow they arealways running out of applepies, lil' donuts and cookies..even at 10am! They dont even offer to bake any of them if Im willingto wait. I go to McDonald?s on a daily basis, most times twice a day to purchase coffee. I always hit the Dundas location cause it?s... close to home. I don?t often have good experiences with this location. I either have to wait a good 2-5 mins before someone eventakes my order and I?ll watch other people getting there order taken that were behind me. Today was the final straw, order my lgcoffee. She says I?m sorry we out of lg cups and makes me get the next size up. Im sorry but it?s not my problem if you don?thave the size cup I want then they should just automatically give the next size up and not charge the customer. That?s only abit of what I go through. This visit, specifically, was incredibly SLOOOOOW. Now, to be fair, I assumed there must be training going on, and I did find... out there was. I do understand that, training has to occur. However, I would assume that at a certain point, to keep customersLOYAL, the trainer would kindly jump in and keep things moving in a somewhat orderly fashion. Again. I do understand. Based off the experience this girl gave us I wish I could rate it 0 stars. We just went to this location. Waiting to order was... fine, but once we got to the window to get our food, the kids meal that was given to us was a cheeseburger when we ordered achicken nugget kids meal. The rude young girl at the window rolled her eyes when we told her that it was wrong. She then slammedthe window shut and gave us another kids meal, incorrect again. She continued to roll her eyes yet again as if this was ourmistake. Paying 27$ for anything, I expect much much better service. This happened October 2nd at 11:59am. Stopped at drive thru today January 6, 2022 to grab lunch for the Grand kids. Worst food ever, fries were cold and under... cooked, Grand daughters cheese burger had no cheese, my quarter cheese was not fully cooked and was cold to the touch even as weleaved the drive thru. What ever happened to quality for the customer comes first attitude. Bypass and choose another fastfood option. Is August 20th 2022 was just back into this location to pick up a coffee for a friend I stood behind a lady andher granddaughter at the counter waiting to order for over 20 minutes before the two kids that were standing right there onewith a room and dustpan in his hand the other one standing talking to him decided to pay attention to the customers at the frontcounter. I ordered 2 junior chickens, large black coffee, large hot chocolate and a med peppermint hot chocolate at 4:30 in the... afternoon. all of the items were ice cold, they gave us a large regular ( cream and sugar ) a large peppermint hot chocolate anda med hot chocolate, asked 3 times to get it fixed each time the order came back wrong and the manager was very rude whentalking with him in person and over the phone when they got it wrong for the 3rd time. I called to leave a complaint and themanager gave me nothing but sas and disrespect. I will not be coming back to this location and will tell everybody the same. Read more
