Not only was my food cold, but it was also tasteless as well as it had the texture of a rubber chicken, not fresh or even... remotely fresh chicken?. AND to top it all off, they couldn?t even read my order properly?! We order an 18 piece bucket with 5large sides and they only gave us 2 sides and 10 pieces of chicken ffs?.! Do yourself a favour - go toPopeyes across the street, this KFC is useless. Ordered online: fries and chicken. Arrived on time.... Waited 30 minutes AFTER the order was to be ready, only to be told they don't have "the product".... they were going to give mebiscuits instead. The product they didn't have? Chicken. So, they were going to charge me full price for fries and biscuits,instead of fries and chicken, because they didn't have chicken. At KFC. I told them to cancel the order, I wasn't paying $30 forfries and biscuits. They told me they can't do that because I ordered online. So I called customer service, while I was in thestore. They told me to tell the store to cancel the order. Again, was told they can't do that. Customer service then called thestore, while I was in there, and again told them to cancel the order. Again they told customer service that they don't know how,and don't know how to use the till. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get the order removed from my creditcard statement, which took another 30 days before that happened. Read more
Has anyone else noticed how small the chicken pieces have gotten? They don't have containers for certain sizes and don't offer... to compensate with say 2 smaller ones to make up the bigger one, for example. Couldn't make a cpl items I wanted. So i boughtthe stuff from them individually to make it myself. Wait time is excessive. They don't answer the phone. But the staff areusually quite friendly. Read more
I'm used to sitting in KFC lines for 20 minutes plus. This one though has it together. Never too long of a wait. Great service.... Chicken takes time I get it. Everything is always fresh and hot. The classic/bug crunch are always great, but for some reasonthe few times I've had the Famous chicken it hasn't impressed. I see food groups posting huge pieces of chicken but these arealways small and dry. Read more
SUCH A RIP OFF!!!!! $11.85, including tax. 4 pieces of chicken with fries and a drink. KFC is charging full price for only les... then half chicken thighs. The wing was twice the size of the thigh. The breast was normal size. For a few years now KFC hasslowly been reducing the size of the thighs. First they took out the thigh bone, but left the meat. Now the only meat on the"thigh" is only around the partial hip bone. Even that is down to half a bone. I would estimate the thigh now only about athird of what it use to be. Worst KFC I have ever been to. Fries are always soggy, orders are always long... waiting times are terrible. Avoid this KFC
