No cash counters, only automated touchscreen system full of software bugs. Hard to order, burger served cold.
This particular Burger King is not great to put it lightly. They have a self serve only order system that does not work well at... all. Not only are many people confused by it( I don't mind self serve machines personally), but their machines constantlyfreeze. Which to me means they definitely cheaped out on the equipment. Wanted to order 2 whoppers with 2 for 1 coupon waited in line about 15 minutes just to be told they don?t accept coupons no sign... or warning anywhere to tell you of that. Also no actual competent cashier so everyone takes forever to order as they browse thruevery menu and select every topping one by one. Keep driving. No cashiers, self order kiosks, which slows the processes down as people struggle with the UI. Food came out... cold and drinks watered down. Corporate needs to have a look to see what this franchise owner is up to. Read more
They don?t even have a cashier or someone to take order. Surprising how this location is still not closed.
girl working on Dec 15 at 1:30 pm deserves a raise. she took orders , packed them and gave to customers all alone with only 1... cook with many many customers. all the while being professional, and very polite despite the level of stress she mustve beenenduring. Read more
Worst service, lack of staff, took 20 mins for just poutine, staf are busy arguing with themselves, and one more thing they... are taking resumes for jobs and stopping there work and make us wait...still waiting 20 min and more to count Read more
Horrendous experience. The kiosk machine doesn't work, if it works it freezes mid transaction. Payment goes through, but there's... no receipt, so I can't pickup my order. Somehow you manage to find your order on their system, pick the order. Continue thedrive and find out that 2/3rd of the order is missing from the bag. Jesus Read more
