I ordered a beyond burger and hashbrowns while on break and waited 15 mins indoors for it to be ready. I went to the counter and... asked when it would be done. They said someone must have taken my order. They said I would have to wait another 12 mins foranother one. At that point I couldn't wait because I had go to work and asked for a refund. There was no apology or anything toright the situation. Just "you'll have to wait 12 mins". I was literally around the corner and was listening for my name anddidn't hear it. I heard another name called but it wasn't mine. They gave me a refund back to my card I asked for a reciptbecause i wanted to be sure i received the refund and the lady said she can't give me one from that machine and walked away. Notthe best experience. At the end of the day, I guess I win and they are doing me a favor because I will be a little healthierwithout the grease. Read more
Pretty good but super expensive unless u have a coupon and they don't close up the burgers and they put them on the side so when... I get home part of my burger is almost always soggy and they have really skimped out of the fries lately For 3.99 I want morethen 10-15 fries Read more
Ordered supper for 3 today. Have ordered there many times and use to be good. Ordered 3 combos and then get told that they ran... out of supplies to make any carbonated beverages. I could live with that but when we got home the food was disgusting. Sweetpotatoe fries were not even cooked. The teen burger was disgusting. I had to look at my order to see if they gave me a plantbased burger in error but they didn't. Burgers just tasted off. Hardly any condiments on it. Tasted like a re heated burger.Never again. Disgusting. Paid around $40 for 3 combos and 2 of us ended up feeling ill. Read more
We went in to the restaurant (bad idea I guess) we're the only ones in line. No one greeted us or even said they will be with us... as soon as they can. We waited 20 minutes being ignored while they rushed to get the drive threw compleated which had about 3cars burning the 20 minutes more kept coming and that's who they chose to serve. After making eye contact with the young guyworking he continued to ignore us and wait for more cars threw drive threw. I got absolutely fed up and we left.
