I usually stop at Tim's for a coffee (Steeped Tea and a snack). I drove across Canada and stopped at about 20 Tim's for a snack.... Most of the time the orders are mixed up,there was only 1 Tim's store that actually got my order right and that was in NorthSydney Nova Scotia. Other than than a few mix ups the service is good. Was just there at 1:55pm sept/6/2022. Ordered turkey bacon club, 2 chicken cravables, bacon was raw on the turkey bacon club, te... chicken on both cravesbles was completely raw! I?m a frequent visitor trucking from Ontario to Nova Scotia or in New Brunswickand always stop in when getting fuel from the Amazon Murray?s truck stop. First time Iv ever experienced this kind of food.. Ohmy coffee was cold, watery also. Hopefully it?s just a one time thing as it?s actually a highlight to my trip stopping there! Read more

Fast drive through / in-store service Area?s for Improvement: - Better selection / supply of baked goods after 8pm. Everythingwas sold out. Many customers were disappointed after driving long ways for Tim Hortons? - Service was 2/5. Staff seemed quitedeceptive, claiming ?fresh coffee?, when it was clearly stale. They offered to brew a fresh pot which tasted significantlybetter ???????? - Washrooms were disgusting. The mixture of toxic odours was unbearable. Went their one time and I?ll never go back again, lady over charged me for my items and there was black grounds of coffee in the... bottom of all of our coffee cups which was pretty disgusting not to mention my bacon on my bagel was super raw! The staff seemedlike they didn?t really know what they were doing honestly. Read more
Tim's are basically cookie cutter places, everything on food is the same. A busy site like this one might want to rethink their... washrooms. They are tiny and I, lol, got stuck in thr rush. Good staff here. Read more

We ordered an iced capp which wasn?t blended at all. I tried stirring it on my own but the paper straw broke so not only is the... iced capp very disgusting, it is also now undrinkable. As well as that, we ordered a small regular coffee but there wasabsolutely no sugar in it. We paid for two full drinks that are too nasty to drink. Read more
They serve food according to their mood. Came in for lunch at 11:45 guy said it?s not time yet. And same thing at the closing... time. They stop serving any food 2 hours before closing. So a big no for this location Read more
