Me and my two daughters were coming from volunteering at the haunted hayrides and wanted some hot chocolate. It was 9:50 when we... showed up and we had to wait for two cars. We proceeded to pull up to the window and the lady to tell us it was 10:01 but it was9:57at the time, then she proceeded to tell us she was closed and she already told us this five times I said we just need threehot chocolates and she yelled at us saying Jesus how many hot chocolate do you need and I said never mind then I?m just gonnaleave a bad review and she was like OK do that?s Read more
Pleasant but I find this location is unfortunately lacking any zip in the step of customer order processing... And focusing most... of the staffs attention on drive through... Also found this location to be cramped for space at the order counter.... Read more
I asked for a large iced Capp but ended up not having enough money on me so I said just a medium instead. The worker said no... it's fine and gave me a large anyway. Once a pretty worker drew a smiley face on my coffee lid also which made me feel good ???? Read more
Typical experience for a timmies. Far superior service compared to the Main street store.
It's a standard Tim Horton's, but less than great. I seem to have consistently poor experiences here. The queue inside is always... long as the drive through is the priority. The reason I know this is every single time I have ordered more than a single itemsomething is forgotten and I have to park, go in, and wait for it. Expect to be here for at least 15 minutes. Some staff arefriendly and helpful, hence the second star. Has at least one accessible entrance and washroom. No bike parking. Edit: I wasjust reminded by a post below that the burned the heck out of a bagel. Like past golden, browned, or crispy. Not sire if it wasa double toast or the gas was set to high. Read more
Decided to give every place, that puts burnt food on my table a one star rating. No matter the quality of the rest of the food... or service. If the kitchen or the waiter doesn't care about this, then a one star review it is. Read more
I had To remake my slapped together sandwich. Overall ok after i remade my sandwich. . Best tims coffee in NB .
I find this to be the best out of the three in the Woodstock area .
