I love this Starbucks and go there daily but u have to share this so that they can better their service and not continue to make... the same mistakes. I?m spite of the experience I?m about to share I?d first like to say I have an always will continue to get mydaily coffee here and the staff is always exceptionally nice. However today the app has been down all day which made itinconvenient and difficult to pre-order my coffee. When I arrive there I was the only one in the entire coffee shop and Iordered one simple drink. They were training a new employee which I understand and expected it to take a little longer. Howeverthis employee clearly needed far more training before she was allowed to make drinks on her own. She looked like she had no ideawhat she was doing and she made my drink so sore it was unbelievable. And like I said I?m empathetic to people training but Ifeel like the trainer should?ve stepped in into over because it was taking far too long. By too long I mean it took eight solidminutes to get one drink. Which then made me late to work. I feel like on a day when the system for online ordering is downthere should?ve been a little more efficient. As most people are in a hurry when they come in to the coffee shop. I?m justwriting this so that maybe in the future this can be addressed. If a training is struggling with something step and take overand then show them the specifics they were making after the customer has left. Not during the customers visit . It just makes meso mad that I had to wait so long for one tall shake and espresso it was painful to watch this poor girl struggle to do that. Somaybe you guys can better training system as she was clearly uncomfortable and didn?t know what she was doing. Read more
I went through here while taking care of some paper work and had an amazing experience with customer service from a gentleman... named David! He was polite and pacient with me. I told him that I wanted an acai drink and he informed me that it was prettysweet with a certain kind of milk. Ultimately i assumed it would be fine because I like sweet things but long behold, it wasMUCH TO SWEET! I apologized and he was very patient and essentially whipped me up a version of the drink with a different typeof milk and it was DELICIOUS! He even came back to my table and wrote down on a sticky note the exact receipe. David is thekind of guy that will brighten up anything he decides to be a part of and I am super greatful to have had him as mybarista! Best Regards, ~Nourie Read more

Got kicked out for wearing military clothes one day from Halloween said they were ?closing? but when everyone else went outside... they let them back in once I left and I was sitting in the middle of the square the coffee was burnt honestly terrible placewon?t ever go there again. Read more
