I ordered all drums! What does it take someone to read!? The order was two hours long, you?d think that would be enough time... not to f$&k Up. How educated do you need to be to read and understand what to do with an order. When you spend $100+ and youdon?t get what you ordered and on top of that two hours late. Hire someone else Read more

Always ready when they say it will be. Wings are perfect. The online ordering system is excellent with lots of options to get... your wings exactly the way you want. Employees have always been friendly and smiling, greeting me immediately upon walking inthe door. I?m not sure what more you could want from a wing place. Read more

I would rate 0 if possible. I placed an order at 10:30 am for pick up at 11:30am. When I showed up at 11:30 to pick up I was... told it would take 15 to 20 minute wait due to the printer not working. Told the girl I just needed a refund due to havingpeople over and needed to make different plans. She said she could not do the refund because the manager was at the bank. Iasked when she would be back and she said she did not know. (The person that I was speaking with is the daughter of manager thatis at the bank) I was very upset and very frustrated. I gave my name and number to a different employee and she told me that themanager would call me when she got back. I waited 3.5 hours for a call back and nothing. So I placed a call back to theresturant and asked for the district manager number. I was told they did not know it. Then the store manager got on the phoneand when I asked for the district Manger number she told me well I can't give it to you because they are working in at adifferent location. I said fine I can leave a message for them to call me back. She said no they are to busy. I know times arehard with hiring but to argue with a customer..no thank you. My guess I will not get my money back because the "manager" who wasto call me back never did and would not give me the number above her. I will never go back! Read more

I have learned after one horrible experience last year with this store to always check the bag before you leave, I have only... been here twice since that experience and tonight is that second time, I'm glad I did check though as they had never put myfries in the bag. With that being said my experience tonight was one of the better experiences and all of the staff were beinghelpful, as soon as I said I was missing fries they didn't even hesitate to give them to me, all of the other time they werealways wanting to be a bit argumentative about something like that so it's nice to see a friendly change in the store, I willsay though that they're health score is less then I would like to see, they have a score of 72 which is a C grade, I didn't seeit until i was walking out so there was no backing out at that moment but I thought I would mention it for everyone else's sake.Like I said this was one of the better experiences for me so, unfortunately as long as you go in with low expectations youshould have a decent experience lol I hate to say it but it's true ??????? This Wingstop deserves 10 stars. 10 minutes to close, the 2 ladies working at this location on Friday night took such good care... of me and my boyfriend. The food was incredible, which was unexpected because of the time of night. The women at the registerhad such a great attitude and was motivated to help her customers. If she is not already a manager, she deserves a promotion. Ican?t remember the last time I had wings at a restaurant that crispy, flavorful and piping hot. Read more

Waited a long time for a dine in order. Sandwich was fine. Fries were cold and soggy. Air conditioning dripping off the ceiling.... Wet wipe they gave me smell horrible. Worst part was the ice machine that looked algae infested (see picture). Will not return. Read more

I was suppose to dine in - ended up taking out Staff is so rude - specifically the manager. After waiting for 30 min for my food... after ordering - I asked an employee about my order he called the manager that was so rude and he started explaining that peopleare behind me in line because they ordered online though I was there for dine in and I explain that it makes no sense whensomebody is coming in to dine in the restaurant you should have a queue different than the online queue or mention from thebeginning that the kitchen is backed up and we have to wait much longer, i could have left from the beginning Read more

Must be under new management because the wings are amazing when you get them extra crispy. Would give the food a 5-star rating!!... However, the store hours indicate a 9 PM close during the weekdays, but when we called at 8:40 (we live 1-mile away) for apick-up order, they told us they stopped taking orders at 8:30. So we went up there to make sure and they said the turn off thefryer at 8:45 because it takes 15 minutes to cook the chicken. Guess what time it was? 8:46 >_> Did they take our order anywaysince we were there? Nope. Just disappointed in the service and that management would allow the employees not to continueservice through the publicized store hours. You know who would never? Chic-fil-a!! Read more
