Terrible customer service. First and last time going to this location. I have never had this type of service from a Wendy?s... location. The worker in the drive thru on the evening of 12/5/22 was extremely rude. She closed the drive thru window and nevercame back. Read more
I was over charged. Ordered 3 10 piece nuggets, but was charged for 4. I ordered honey mustard to go with them & got buttermilk... ranch. Also ordered a baked potato with sour cream & chives with butter & got a baked potato with chives only. Very dry. NOT avery good experience. Read more
First visit at this location and glad to see lobby was open when so many aren't. Had the 4 for 4 for 3 people and product... arrived reasonably fast, fresh, with no errors. Overly generous with the requested ketchup. Frosty was nice and thick. Lobbywas spacious and clean. Read more
This store seems to hate Door Dash customers. We have pretty good patience and respect for fast food and service workers due to... our history in working customer service type jobs. We've also been ordering from this store since before the start of covid,and nothing seems to have changed, so this should tell you the level of patience that this store has trampled all over. Weorder quite often. Sometimes once a week, sometimes multiple times a week, sometimes we're low on money and hold off for acouple weeks before ordering again. But we've been ordering from this store for years DESPITE the persisting problem that willbe detailed below. They CONSTANTLY, almost every order, forget to include at least one item, whether it's just a drink or asmall burger, or, in the case of today's missing item, a whole baconator. After all these years of just refunding instead ofcomplaining (After all, it's fast food, they're probably really busy and made a mistake, right?), we decided to call and make acomplaint. They hung up on us before even hearing us out. And we weren't shouting or being rude, all we said was we've beenordering for a long time and this is a constant problem. Apparently they don't want to hear it, so they hung up instead oflistening to us. We got the refund, of course, but now we're sure this company just hates Door Dash customers and possiblyother delivery customers and purposely screws up our orders to get us to stop. Well, they've got their wish. We're tired ofit. Corporate has been notified and we're posting similar reviews on Door Dash and other sites. Order from a different store,not this one. Do not give them your business. Show them this is unacceptable. Read more
My husband loves this place. I will admit that Wendy's has one of the few burgers that I actually enjoy. But somehow it seems... they've cut something where it's very cut and dry you only get this this. I like the maple honey chicken croissant. It's goodbut the piece of chicken is tough and everything tastes really salty to me. I can find something there at breakfast if he wantsto go but I will say it's not my favorite place. Read more
I frequent this Wendy?s and today is the first time I?ve had an amazing experience. All credit goes to the gentleman taking... orders at the payment window. His personality and happy vibe won me over and made my day. He deserves a raise and should be theexample for other employees. Everyone deserves for someone to improve their day and he did that for me. I wish I caught hisname, but I?m sure whoever experiences him today will know the same feeling I got! Read more
Ordered food from here around 9:15 pm, bacon cheeseburger had no bacon, regular plain chicken sandwich had cheese and bacon,... along with 2 4 for 4 meals. Everything was cold and it seems like because they were closing at 10 pm, we were served sandwiches,fries, and nuggets that had been sitting out awaiting someone to order something similar. We fully get the whole quitting time(when it gets close to that time) but the order was placed well ahead of time to account for food being fairly hot whenordering. Haven't had many issues with this location, but tonight could have been different. Read more
Very disappointed! Wendy's is also been a fav of mine. Love the burgers.???? This is my first bad experience at a Wendy's!... Ordered Drive thru, a Dave's single, all the way. Get home, take out my Burger to find nothing but a patty on the bun. That'sit... SMH Read more
