Subwy 12035 highway 92 suite 300 We ordered 3 stake and cheese but we received all sandwich with no steak only a lot of sauce it... was very messy and squishy dripped from just the sauces. It was only good for the trashcan. And for my chicken teriyaki sandwichthey gave me absolutely different type of bread from what i ordered. Even one star isn?t deserved for this review. Came to get a sub at 7:53pm on a Sunday, and they were closed. Hours advertised says they're open until 10 on Google and on... their front door. I get to the door and it's locked, open sign is turned off and they're mopping the floors. Disappointed! Read more
Ordered on their site, paid, got there and they couldn't make the sandwiches as they had run out of the ingredients. Didn't... offer to make something else and said they couldn't refund at the store. Now hungry and payday is not until tomorrow. I honestlydon't even know why we go there anymore. Not the first issue I've had... just finally fed up enough to post a review. Update...is been a few days and still no resolve on the refund. Was instructed to contact customer service who transferred the call tomultiple departments and no one to help. Subway DO BETTER!!! Especially at this location. Rude and incompetent employees. I ordered a 6" meatball sub and they only put 2... meatballs on it, 1 tiny piece of mozzarella cheese and bread mangled and squished so badly by a kid who had no business handlingsharp objects. I ended up leaving without any food. It's never great service but the food has always been good... This is oneSubway I will not go back too. Read more
This place was clean and efficient. The customer service varies from visit to visit but they don't make a bad sandwich...
I realize that places are understaffed these days, but for a big company like Subway to not have a working phone number for two... weeks is terrible. I went in on Friday night to get a meatball sandwich. Notice something missing in the picture? Meatballs.They gave me a footlong sandwich with nothing but sauce and cheese. Ordered online and when it said it was ready went to the store to find it closed. They are not open 24 hrs like Google or the... Subway app says. I was charged for the order either way. I went in the next day and had to push to receive my order. The personseemed annoyed with my situation. Didn't want to help me and said to call my bank. Will avoid going here again. Read more
Subs are fresh and customizable. The option for a bowl without bread is my fave.
