Walked up to the counter today and the person working was on her phone and didn't bother to say a word or look up from her... phone. When I finally said, "Hello", without looking up from her phone, she asked how she could help me. She didn't set herphone down the entire transaction until she had to make my drink. Only gave 2 stars because drink was good and she was at leastkind enough to tell me to have a good day when she handed me my drink. Read more

This is the worst coffee I?ve had from Starbucks! The girls behind the counter were terrible. I walked up and one girl is making... drinks. Taking forever. Then she says I?ll be with you in a moment. Stopped what she was doing to take or make a call as shewalked off to the bathroom. So I left to grab something. Came back and the girl was still making the couple?s drinks that werein front of me.
