Counter person was nice and cheerful. Area was clean. Big chairs were comfortable. Relaxing atmosphere.
I usually come to this location because it?s the closest to my house. The customer service is great but the only issue I have is... that the drinks I order (espresso frappe) is always so watery. Paying about 7 dollars for a venti for it to be watery andlacking the flavor isn?t exactly ideal and any other location I can taste the coffee without asking for another espresso shot.Do better please ???????? I ordered a the pesto and turkey sandwich and after I already paid for the food then the guys wants to tell me they are all out.... I asked what are similar options and he couldn?t even tell me as if he didn?t know the menu. Train your employees better or dontput them on the register at all . The worse experience ever. I?m a regular customer at this location. This morning, I was in the drive through and this lady... handed me my hot coffee and the lid popped open before putting it in my cup holder. It burned my hand and my leg. I wasscreaming for help, blowing the horn, nobody came to the window to help me. Finally she brought me some napkins and not evenasking me if I was ok or need any medical attention. This one is awesome. The team inside is always hustling to take care of customers and I've never had any issues with an... order. Worst I can say is that once, when my mom was visiting us, she took my little dog inside with her and they acted like itwas a big deal even though she was carrying him. I get it, it may be that some customers don't appreciate having a dog inside ofa building that serves food, but at the same time, I see dogs everywhere these days inside of businesses, and not just servicedogs. Haven't been to a Starbucks in years. Waiting for car tires to be installed next door. Chai Latte was as usual, tasty... the... service was excellent... atmosphere was the same as usual from years past, same people sitting around, like a carbon copyduplicated at every location as time has stood still. lol...
