I always go here when I want a frappe, bakery item or coffee and the staff there are always friendly and nice. I went today to... get a caramel ribbon crunch frappe, a pumpkin spice frappe, milk and cake pop for my little one and the lady was so nice andfriendly. Didn't call my name for my drink, had me pacing around for extra 7 mins. Same person that took my order made my drink. I was... the only person inside.... I checked the counter twice but only saw the mobile orders. It makes no sense to have my wait aroundwhen you know my drink was made. Read more

The WORST customer service. I am a crazy Starbucks addict. I go to Starbucks all over the place. This particular location was... the worst experience of them all. The ?barista? took our order through the drive thru and was simply rude. She kept trying totell me what I?m ordering is wrong when she wouldn?t even let Me finish my order. I get a double shot of espresso on ice withcream and a Splenda in a grande cup. She wanted to charge me 5.75. I told her I have been getting this same order from everyStarbucks all over the country. Never once had this issue. My order always came out to 2.95. We wouldn?t have cared so much ifthey didn?t have a cash only sign. She continued to argue and try telling us what our drink is actually called. I?m not abarista, I don?t care how it?s made. The fact is I?ve been ordering this drink for YEARS. And this was the first place to evergive me any kind of problem. Won?t go back to this location. I?ll go to Dunkin? next door. Read more
