The staff is wonderful especially the young man that works there in the am. He is the bomb! The customer service is A1. He knows... my name (Candy), and he makes you feel at home. So I ordered a smoothie two days ago for delivery, after two hours of waiting no smoothie was ever delivered. I called the store... multiple times the young lady stated the driver picked up the smoothie took the smoothie back to the store so then I proceededto go to the store when I got to the store and picked up the smoothie not only was it watery no one attempted to offer any help.I called to speak to the manager and she told me there was absolutely nothing she could do and refused to give me a refund forsuch poor service she had the worst the worst and most unprofessional customer service I have ever encountered. I asked if therewas a corporate number or any way to contact the owner of this location and she told me no there was nothing that she could giveme!!! I absolutely love this Smoothie King but the inconsistency really worries me. I have been ordering the exact same smoothie for... the past three weeks( coffee high protein mocha with a full shot of pure recharge ) and all three times have gotten itdifferent. The first time I ordered it was super rich and smooth with a dark color.The second time it was really light andsoupy.I called to make sure it was the right order and they were nice enough to offer to remake it but I didn?t want a remake. Ijust order it again today and I am chewing chunks of dates and nuts and it?s super thick and back to being dark but not as darkas the first time. Talk about emotional roller coaster! Read more
Great service and even greater people! I come in almost every morning and they are always on top of my order even before I... order it! I've been to other smoothie kings where they only have one person running the while store and inevitably the tasteand consistency of the smoothie suffers every time.
