They ran out of Chicken Sandwiches on 11/27/22 I was there at 6:45pm . Then I ordered chicken nuggets and they said it was ... going too be a wait . They?ve gotten better over time. Had several poor experiences in the past. Yesterday I had two top buns on my sandwich and... barely any spicy sauce. My boyfriend had a ton of spicy sauce on his and two bottom buns. The people working there were verykind though. Read more

Customer service horrible. Waited 6 minutes before being greeted. Not sure if that's the normal but definitely need some work.... Fries were luke warm. No honey available. Bathrooms are nasty. I guess you pay for what you get. Read more

Eaten here maybe 15-20 times, order is almost never right, drive thru cashier will ask you to pull up and park to wait for food... to come out most of the time with no mention on how long it will take (most places will mention this at the speaker when you areordering if there is a wait). Order coleslaw with meal and they almost never have it, take it off your menu if your not going tostock it. Currently watching the sun set as we have been waiting for almost 30 minutes now for 12 tenders and two sides to comeout. Avoid this place, faster and cheaper to just fry the chicken yourself, at least you?ll know what you are getting. Read more

Snappy attitude from attendant working drive... through mic, then at window not a peep as my food handed to me (staff wearing a Steelers mask). No thank you and certainly not a?my pleasure?. This location is consistently busy and at times short staffed. Today they had several items off the menu or unavailable but the... manager (I assume) worked it out with each person in line and never lost her cool even when people complained. She even made apoint to bring me the biscuit for my meal as soon as it came out of the oven even though she was running her feet off. And asalways, the spicy chicken is the best. Read more

I ordered on the app, went for pickup, started to examine bag contents and was assured everything was in there. I got home and... was missing my sandwich. I tried calling since they offer delivery to ask them to bring me one. I called a dozen times. After10 rings it says to enter your code. Several times they picked up and immediately hung up. My son went down to get my sandwichand the pictures are what was sent back. Most of the breading was gone and most of what was there fell completely off. I'mbeyond upset and will NEVER visit this location again. I get that they along with most businesses have employee shortageproblems, but to send that sandwich to an already unhappy customer is inexcusable. Read more

When you spend a total of $51.43 to have delivered $42.86 plus tip and they Can?t even get your order right, they have Lost my... Business. I ordered the 8 piece Chicken STRIP (Chicken Family Meal) and they give us a mixture of Strips and Nuggets and Onlyone Biscuit, when I should have gotten 4 with that meal, plus I ordered 4 more, making it a total of eight and like I said wegot 1, Unacceptable!
