Moved to the area in April and was so excited to have a Pizza Hut close by to order from . Moving day we ordered with a 45 min... delivery time, more like 2.5 HOURS to get 2 cold not fully cooked pizzas and management responded with I can have it remade butotherwise what do you want me to do about. Have ordered a couple more times but the pizzas are still not fully cooked althoughtime has gotten LOTS better. The pics look so yummy, each time I'm disappointed. A "well done" pizza is how its ordered , gladothers can get it done. Read more
Do not order from here as you will never get your food. Jamie may be amazing, but she can't work every day. This place is... usually not open, no matter what the web may say. You will be able to place an order online when no one is working the store. Read more
Waited over an hour for our pizza, which was estimated to be done in 25 mins. Said our pizza was out for delivery, just to... receive a message from a random doordasher saying they haven't even picked the order up yet....note, we didn't order throughdoordash. I ordered a pizza through Pizza Hut central ordering. The centralized ordering were no help when I called to say it didn?t... arrive. I talked with Jamie at the Pizza Hut in Woodstock. She was awesome at service recovery. She explained Door Dashdidn?t pick the order up. Jamie remade the pizza and my husband picked it up. She made things right. I would highly recommendthis location. Management at this location needs to recognize Jamie for her great customer service! Read more
Ordered for delivery and after an hour and the pizza not being delivered we tried calling but kept getting put on hold. We then... drove to the store to see what the issue was. We walked in to see an employee making a pizza and handling toppings withoutgloves. When we were able to speak to an employee they told us that they ran out of that specific pizza yet we were allowed tomake the order through the app. Definitely won?t deal with this Pizza Hut again especially after seeing an employee not usinggloves. First, they actually NEVER completed my order. I NEVER received my pizzas. I received a call stating the computers were down and... she was not able to make my pizzas. Even though the payment had been processed. We actually were waiting in the parking lot forour pizzas and after the phone call, we went up to the door and it was locked, the place was clean, and then the lights turnedoff. WEIRD!!! Dough was tough. This location is short staffed and always rushed. Was not greeted whe I walked in because there was only one... person there. She cooked and was the front person also who took your money and handed your pizza to you. Not a very good idea. Do they wash their hands before making pizza after handling money upfront? Read more
Although the pizza and breadsticks we ordered were good there is sure lacking customer service at this location. I walked in the... store and I might add there is an automated door chime that goes off when you enter or leave. I stood at the front to pick up myto go order and stood there for almost 15 min yelling hello, excuse me before I was acknowledged to pick up my order. My pizzaset there for at least 10-15 min past my pick up time due to this. 1 person was working the whole store. You can certainly doway better that that for your customers. And just for the security factor no employee should be left alone in a store to work itcompletely alone. And it was a female. Read more
