Last week I ordered a turkey sandwich with extra turkey and received a sandwich with ZERO turkey. This week I ordered the same... thing and only received half of my sandwich. The hell is going on here!? I don't care about labor shortages or any of thoseother excuses. This place has plenty of people working here, more than I see at most restaurants these days AND it's not likeit's a cheap place to eat. With my sandwich, drink, and tip, it's coming out to about $23 I was offered a cookie as an apology.Not only does that not cancel out the inconvenience of going back to work and having to come back, but giving me the other halfof my order wasn't even prioritized. I saw multiple orders coming out back to back before mine was ever touched. EDIT: Had toadd this part after, got back to work and guess what?! The food was good but the place definitely needs a deep clean! Bugs in light fixtures, dusty vents/ceiling tiles and carpet... looks like it hasn?t been shampooed in forever. Makes me question their BOH cleanliness. Read more
It should not take 27 minutes to bring a single drink out to my curbside to me. I went in to grab my drink myself only to find... it sitting on a table in the back already filled. blonde guy had great customer service none of this is about him. Read more
Agree with other post this location can be a little hit or miss. One day my strawberry salad was prepared as requested divided... into two bowls. The next time no one followed my special instructions. Disappointed with so little fruit and chicken. Tooexpensive for lettuce and dressing. BTW- I usually have to wipe off my table with a wet one. I love Panera, always get the pick 2. Today the avocados on my sandwich were completely rubbery and hard, not ripe at all with... no flavor . Had to take them off the sandwich :( but this has never happened before and maybe someone new made a mistake. Justthought it should be made known! Ordered a Tuna Salad Sandwich and fruit cup. The sandwich mainly consisted of thick bread and very little tuna. The fruit cup... had visible mold and I obviously had to toss it in the trash. Would never eat here again. Read more
I really want to like this location more. The food is generally good with a reproducible taste and presentation compared to... other locations. The service can be a little hit and miss with a lack of professionalism. I understand that with COVID, it'sbeen hard to retain staff. The worst part is the lack of tidiness and cleanliness at this location. I know they can dobetter.. there have been times when I go in and it looks good and tidy. I'll give them another try soon.
