Waited 20 minutes for a curbside order. My boyfriend ran in to get it and they were refusing to answer the phone with an... employee saying (in front of my boyfriend) ?It?s probably curbside calling. I?m not answering? When the lady finally answeredshe said they don?t have the staff to take care of curbside orders. If you can?t do curbside orders maybe turn that functionoff. Unbelievable. Guess what? It's a McDonald's! Only things that are usually different from location to location and between owners are the... people that work there. This one has a very nice person working the drive thru, which makes all the difference. I had to wait abit for my order, considering it was right at the shift between breakfast and lunch, but the young lady was very nice in the wayshe informed me and generally was very pleasant to deal with. From placing to pick up, just wonderful. Once she noticed my puppup in the back seat her face just lit up. Pulled up a bit and rolled down the window so she could meet and pet to give backsome of the positive she was sending. Food was typical Mickey D's fare, if you don't know what to expect, good on you and moveon. The service was excellent, unexpected for fast food in general but gladly accepted. My wait was very minimal considering. Myonly let down was a lack of the Halloween themed happy meal containers. But that's completely due to the disgusting humans thatbuy them up for their own reselling profit. Read more
Waited 20 min in line. Started waiting in at 10:20 pm. Had mobile order paid and ready. Once at the front of the line was told... the grill was not functioning properly and couldn?t be served. The decent thing to do would have been to let the folks in lineknow this was the case. At lease 6 cars were turn away after waiting for 20 min or more. This is not the first time my team hasbeen turned away from this location. Happens often at this location. Always about 30 minutes before closing. Suspiciously oddhow there seems to be continuous ?issues? 30 min before closing. Maybe consider closing this location sooner to avoid this trendof dissatisfied customers. Read more
I never thought that I'd rate a McDonald's highly but this particular visit was a 4. I don't go to this location or McDonald's... in general often so I can only speak about this 1 visit. I placed a mobile order...they did not have an pies so the managercame out to offer another product or to make them fresh. I asked for them to be made and I've got to tell you, they were thebest McDs pies I've ever had. Probably because I've never had them fresh. The fries were piping hot and amazingly their icecream machine was working. The guy at the window was great too. They did forget to give me my drink and I didn't realize ituntil I was halfway home so I didn't turn back around but am sure I would have received good service if I had. Read more
This location has been here since I was a child. They had so many cool nostalgic decorations. They've changed since then, but... the are very good at getting the line moving and fries are normally fresh. Read more
This McDonald?s has the nicest employees I?ve ever interacted with at a McDonald?s! You would think they work at Chick-fil-a.... There?s a McDonald?s closer to my house but I drove twice the distance just to go to this location. They are much faster and sonice! Read more
This location is always busy when i come. They try there best to move the line. I understand i could have went in from the start... to get my ice cream cone using my mobile app but they lady didn't have to lie and say she couldnt bring my order up through thedrive thru when she just did it the day before. I was a little mad i wait in the long line just to be told that. She was niceabout it and when i did come in i was served my ice cream quickly. Read more
This is one of the few locations that maintains a good restaurant. The bathrooms are clean and the ambiance music is... appropriate. I stopped here to use the bathroom, but perhaps now I will sit down and have a big Mac. Read more
