The food is good, but the wait time is INCREDIBLY long. If you are ordering during rush hour for dinner or lunch do NOT go... inside. I waited 25 minutes for food on a thursday evening during dinner when there was maybe 7 people ahead of me. Read more

Worst food & restaurant in Towne Lake. Piss poor service & can't serve up 9 chicken nuggets in a 45 minute time frame. ... Shortly after I walked in their lobby the manager locked the outside doors & asked us verbally that we didn't unlock them. After 45 minutes, I wound up asking for a refund & stepping back to the shopping center behind them & had my cocktail, appetizer& food cooked fresh & delivered in less than 20 minutes. Don't waste your time or $$ on this poorly run establishment. Nextcorrespondence...Cherokee County Health inspections. The restaurant appears dirty. This McDonald's franchise is a JOKE! Read more

Cashier was a joke. I had to repeat myself 4 times very slowly what I wanted. Not sure if he was on drugs or was just normally... spaced out. I attempted to use a scanned coupon from their app and the cashier said it took it, well it did not. The manager onduty was quick to provide a refund for the difference. This has been a reoccurring issue for this location. I would adviseagainst visiting for some time until staff is more familiar with the world around them. Read more

Horrible...drive thru is always wrapped around the building no matter when you go. When you go inside, no one greets you at the... register and or even acknowledges the lobby unless you complain. The norm is to use the kiosk and they dont work properlysometimes. Waited here for at least 30 minutes just for breakfast. Read more
