Honestly, my family and I drive an hour because of the excellent experience we have. Food and hospitality is always great !!!... Other Longhorns are over rated. But this one in Towne Lake lives up to the name. Thanks to Will, our waiter who is always kindand treats us like family and very attentive. It?s always nice to see him when we at our table. I called ahead to Longhorn to make a reservation before my movie. The lady I spoke with said my table would be ready at 615 pm.... I arrived at the restaurant and they told me they did not have my name and it would be 30-40 minutes. I showed them on my phonewhere I had called their number. They made no attempt to help me or find out what had happened. I love their food but will notgo back. Read more
I work at a local urgent care and ordered lunch. I specifically ordered a sandwich to get a bowl of chowder as my side. They... forgot to place the chowder in the to go bag. I called the manager and she was able to have the chowder delivered hot and with afew extras. They are phenomenal. Read more
Great start to finish...Chase had us seated with 5+/- minutes from checking in ( after calling about 25 minutes or so ahead... letting them know we were reroute for a 6:30pm, as they suggested). Leslie, our server was friendly, attentive, efficient, butnever pushy. Took our orders, everything came out as we requested, cooked perfectly, great flavors, hot or cold as should be.It's been at least 2 years since our last visit (Covid, Politics, etc.), but we'll be back more often now. Always on point , order the largest steak in the house, the steak is always juicy and sides are great, the potatoes soup is... fantastic, I love the appetizers, the shrimp plate and the cheese mushrooms are a must try , the salads are great tooespecially the strawberry picnic salad , it's a must try and must have. Love the parm encrusted chicken. Lunch only has one side. Dinner has two so I'm bummed that I didn't get to enjoy their... delicious garlic mash potatoes but always a favorite when I come here.
