I usually love little Caesar?s but the stuff crust pizza I got from this location was like eating a piece of cardboard.
I don?t frequent this location often, but after my last experience I will never he back. When I arrived to pick up my order,... ordered through the app, I gave the girl my name and she said I wasn?t ready (the pickup portal had been broken for over ayear). She then proceeded to tell me, like I was inconveniencing her, the time it should be ready since I picked the time, I didnot it was set by the app. After waiting over 20 min and listening to employees cut up and then watching people who came inafter me, place their orders, and then leave with their food I got upset. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn?t refundmy money since it was an online order, this is a lie because they did refund my money. I heard them tell this to anothercustomer as well. The final straw for me though was when I was explaining to one of the employees the situation and my wait ofover 10 minutes, at this point I did not realize I had been waiting 20 minutes, he respond was oh wow 10 minutes now leave. Idon?t usually complain and I worked for another chain through college, so I know Fridays especially are busy and will givegrace, but I do expect good customer service. Read more
First off I didn't know you do your deliveries through door dash. Second if your company isn't the one that is delivering my... food why am I being charged a delivery fee, service fee and I still have to tip the driver that doesn't work for your company.Last when I received my pizza they were upside down so all of the toppings were on the lid. This is the worst store I've ever. Three times I tried but I never will again. The first time they were backed up for hours just... for simple orders and instead of discounting the price for the inconvenience or giving an additional item free for theinconvenience they had an attitude if you even asked for a refund because you couldn't wait any longer. The second time they gotmy order wrong and I had to jump through a bunch of hoops to get it corrected since they don't answer the phone. The third timemy order was placed there by accident in the app and they conveniently wouldn't answer the phone to cancel it so I calledcustomer service for a refund and was told I would get one for months. Then all of a sudden they told me that the districtmanager doesn't have to issue a refund because the food was made. TRIFLING. THIS LITTLE CAESARS IS THE WORST.
