Went a few hours before closing and they were out of glazed donuts. We ordered the chocolate iced and they were out of those... too. Seems like this happens a lot based on other reviews. Previous experiences here have been better. Read more

I?m giving five stars because at the end of the day, this is Krispy Kreme so I can overlook less than stellar customer service... at times. Best donuts on the planet, hands-down. However tonight, you guys had a kid working the counter that called me a?f*ck*r? for asking if it was OK to mix and match the 2 for $2.99 deal. This question obviously irritated him as he didn?t knowthe answer or didn?t understand what I was saying?..so I had to ask another employee. After he bagged up my order, he tossed thebag onto the counter next to the cash register which I thought was slightly unnecessary but I let it go. That?s when I saw himcall me a name to the person working the drive-thru. I called the manager upfront about this so hopefully the correct action istaken. Read more

How are you out of original glaze donuts? Asking for a friend! It's literally what you're famous for and you're entirely out?... The store is open until 10 yet at 630 you're out for the day? Seems like an issue that should be addressed. Read more

We drive from Canton just to get the Hot and Ready doughnuts. When we got there, the hot and ready light was on but the... building was closed. We had to go through the drive through. We wanted to taste the fall doughnuts but they were notavailable. We ordered the hot and ready doughnuts, but when we opened the box the doughnuts were cold. The lady who took ourorder sounded sad and stressed, which made buying doughnuts depressing. When selling doughnuts, it could be fun to givecustomers a bit joy. It was a disappointment that our doughnut adventure turned out to be a discussion about problems andconcerns about sad workers. Read more

I saw the updated fall menu and was excited to try it, especially since I?ve been loving pumpkin everything while pregnant.... Unfortunately, this was my first terrible KK experience. I had to repeat my order three times. The last two were because thewoman taking my order interrupted me or was speaking over me to other employees while I was trying to tell her how many donuts Iwanted and what type. I was given a pumpkin glazed donut despite asking for the old fashioned style pumpkin cake donut allthree times. I didn?t have the heart to go back and deal with the rudeness again but it was very disappointing. Read more

Ordered a dozen glazed and 24 donut holes. Got to our destination, opened the box, and there was an assortment, not plain, and... they didn't taste fresh. Next time I'll skip the drive thru and go inside to make sure they get it right. Read more

I didn't have anything near a good experience here. I will go through a full analysis of why below. Staff- The staff was very... unpleasant to deal with. They were slow and half the times only talking to one another. The cashier that was working that daytook very long on a simple order. They also didn't do a good job cleaning the actual restaurant. The building- The building wasvery dirty inside even though they had opened about an hour prior to us arriving. There were napkins on the floor and hats leftall around the place (used). The tables for the costumers to use were sticky and it was a mess. The Food- The food was the onlygood thing about my experience here. it was good but I didn't like watching the staff cleaning the machine in my face as I waseating. I likely won't go to this location again unless its the drive through and I don't have to deal with the filthy insides. Read more

The hot light wasn?t on but, I was passing and decided to stop. The store has a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Kennedy... assisted me. She was great. She offered an honest answer as to how the new mixed berry donut tastes. She hadn?t tasted it yet. Ididn?t want to chance an entire dozen so she did half and half even on the special. Awesome customer service. Stop by thislocation. I think you?ll be delighted. Read more
