The staff here is nice but the service is always so so slow. It seems like there?s one person doing everything.
This location in Woodstock really struggles on delivery. They are about 50% on getting the order correct and 0% on making the... mistake right. When something isn't delivered, I have tried to do the decent thing and ask for a credit - not making the drivercome back. The credit never happens. I think I am done with this JJs. Read more
This place ran out of white bread during prime time lunch on Saturday. Okay, they offered wheat but I didn't know it was in the... form of sandwich loaf. It was a disastrous sloppy mess trying to eat the number 12 with squished wheat bread. For the price ofthat meal, it was now the second time in a row that a Jimmy John's experience has not gone well. You can't really do this food wrong, so it comes down to service. No masks on any of the food folk, thought the door says they... should be. Were 100% focused on drive thru, probably 6-7 cars both ordered and got food before us. Read more
The owner of this store should be very grateful for their staff! They are the friendliest and most efficient group of people... I?ve seen in quite some time. Incredibly impressed with this location. Very clean, fast, and accurate with my orders. I have visited multiple times via the... drive-thru and also dined in on a regular basis with my family. My corporate office caters frequently and it is absolutely acrowd favorite. A great option for group catering. I have never been disappointed, and they will continue to have my business. Read more
