The staff here is nice but the service is always so so slow. It seems like there?s one person doing everything.
This location in Woodstock really struggles on delivery. They are about 50% on getting the order correct and 0% on making the... mistake right. When something isn't delivered, I have tried to do the decent thing and ask for a credit - not making the drivercome back. The credit never happens. I think I am done with this JJs. Read more
This place ran out of white bread during prime time lunch on Saturday. Okay, they offered wheat but I didn't know it was in the... form of sandwich loaf. It was a disastrous sloppy mess trying to eat the number 12 with squished wheat bread. For the price ofthat meal, it was now the second time in a row that a Jimmy John's experience has not gone well.
