****Update**** The customer service and management are top notch. They reached out and wanted to make sure their customers were... happy. Calvin reached and wanted to make it right. We went back in and everything was on point. Their effort shows that theyreally care about their customers and that means and says a lot about Jimmy John's. ***End of Update For the most part they arefast. This last time it took quite a while in the drive through. I ordered a giant Vito with extra peppers and a cup ofwater. When I got my receipt there was a 25 cent charge for the water. One thing I detest is companies nickel and dimingcustomers. Especially afterI just spent $16 on a sandwich that has a thin layer of meat. Back to the sandwich, while ordering Imust have told the person several times heavy on the peppers. When we drive away the sandwich has a few peppers sprinkled onthere. It's the little things. If I was not in a rush I would have gone back inside to get a refund of the water and thesandwich made as it was ordered. On top of that they did not bother to cut the sandwich in half. Read more

Josh at JJ's at #2230 in Woodstock, Georgia recommended a Thai Chicken Wrap. I called and ask for a recommendation because I... have only tried two other sandwiches and after that I only eat the Gargantuan. Now this sandwich is big enough for two meals formyself. I ask if it was hot, I do not like really spicy food. He said no, so I trusted him. It did sound good. I will say thatthe Thai Chicken Wrap is my favorite sandwich/wrap of all times. It has a little spicy flavor but also a somewhat sweet flavor.It is definitely crunchy and that is a bonus for me. The chips, pickels and cookie is always good. I will add that it wasdelivered within probably 10 minutes after I ordered it and the driver was such a sweet young man. I had given specialinstructions and he followed it to a tee. I hope this wrap stays on your menu forever because I am a person of habit. I mean,like why change something that is almost perfect. I need to add a comment about the Kickin' Ranch sauce, it is the best. Firsttime trying that also. Next time I will order two of those. Ordered a #16 Club Lulu. When I got home I found that it was regular sandwich, not on French bread and not a "sub". Highly... disgusted at the screw up!
