Went there on a Wednesday afternoon, not many people. We waited 10 minutes for the waiter to take our order as we watched him... sitting at the bar on his phone. When he brought out the food, we had to ask him for silverware as he was completely unaware. Never one time came back to check on us, I had wanted some more salsa & we wanted another beer. Same for the bill, had to wait& finally just went up to the front to pay. The food was very good and fresh, but I feel we were an annoyance to the waiterbecause we were taking him away from his phone? Not returniing any time soon. Read more
Got there around opening. I would suggest to ask for a waiter who isnt commited to preping food, silverware, etc. I dont speak... spanish and I feel uncomfortable when they crack jokes in spanish look at me and laugh. Placed pick up order they forgot have our order. When we called to let them know they refused to refund us the difference. ... Instead, they said we were by there we could come in and get the remainder. So we tried, and the store employee refused to giveus our order. Read more
