I had ordered 2 large Ice coffee specifically saying liquid cane sugar and they put regular sugar in and the coffees doesn't... taste good I so not like drinking sugar. They clearly can't hear their customers. I'm very dissatisfied with both of the drinks.It's not worth my 6.97 for the drinks. Read more

Tasty donuts! Staff just wasny clear on what kind of filling we meant by like "whipped cream". Instead they gave us donuts... filled with more like cake icing, which was a little much for us, but staff were pleasant and friendly. Read more
I'm reducing this review from 5 stars to 1 star. I Asked for a large iced coffee and received a medium. When I asked for it to... be corrected, cashier poured the medium cup into a large cup and added ice. I couldn't even push my straw through the lidbecause of all the ice blocking the straw. I literally had to wait for the ice to melt to be able to take a sip. I finished mydrink within seconds because it was mainly just ice. So disappointed. I will never return! Read more
This Dunkin location is usually pretty good when it comes to drink orders and having just the right amount of flavor. I did not... purchase a drink today as you can see I did however purchase an Everything bagel ?toasted? with cream cheese. Unfortunately,they forgot the ?toasted? part. Eating a bagel un-toasted is not very appetizing if you ask me. Now, what made me write thisreview is the fact that the staff is SO concerned with keeping the line moving that they have absolutely lost all customerservice. I?d rather sit in a drive thru or stand in line to be given excellent customer service rather than feel like I can nottake 2.5 seconds to look at the menu and order. When I?m greeted with ?what can I get you..? or ?go ahead? is very poor customerservice and extremely irritating. As if I?m a bother to you at your place of employment.
