Ordered for my son's birthday dinner. Order was wrong. Tried calling for 25 min. Went up there to get the order replaced. Saw... eight guys playing around and eating food and not washing hands. Watched one guy brush his hair back several times over theplace where the food is prepared. He wiped his face without washing his hands. He said my face is clean and the pizza will becooked in a hot oven. Refused to give names . Called back the next day and manager still has not called back. Corporate is totaling screwing over this store to make labor/sales look more lucrative. Less labor boosts sales but makes the... consumer suffer. I ordered a pizza at 1:30 pm 8/21/22 and received it at 3 :15 that day. The supervisor I spoke with in store on8/22 quickly and efficiently resolved the issue. I will continue to order from this store. Upper management needs to learn alesson from the staff in the trenches. And stop looking at bottom line. Repeat customers happen with good customer service notwith pumping out the maximum amount of orders in a day. I spent 20 years working in and running kitchens achieving the title ofSous chef. I had an issue with my pizza, it looked like someone bit the crust off two slices Nd put them back in the box. So I called and... no one answered. I drove to the location while still waiting from someone to answer the phone. When I got there I asked for themanager. The night manager approached I showed him the pizza and asked if he would replace it. He agreed to do so. I alsoshowed him my phone and asked if he knows his phone is just ringing, he laughed at me and said "I know". Then I ask for his namehe refuses to tell me, I asked for the owners name he refuses to tell me. I got my replacement pizza and headed out the door and"no name night manager aka pizza boy" sarcastically said you have a good night and laughed at me again alone with a few otherstaff members. Have order many times and been fine with what we got, today however caused us to not want pizza from this location again.. first... thing 1/2 of what was delivered was wrong, ordered a cheese pizza and got a veggie lover, no way the kids will eat that .. andas my wife was taking the toppings of the Hawaiian to provide a cheese to my daughter she found 6+ hairs.. here are three thatwere found. And these weren't just found on the pizza but also baked into the pizza. Let this be a lesson to the staff, a bigenough mistake on one experience can out weigh many good experiences. Read more

I ordered a cheese pizza carry out and my wife picked it up. I opened the box and half the pizza was a dough bubble. I called... and had them make another pizza (cheese) and I picked it up myself and saw no bubbles, however when I got home took a closerlook there were all sorts of toppings (meat, veggies) baked into the alleged cheese pizza. So the remake was worse than thefirst. Almost seemed intentional. I use to work at dominos years ago and the quality of this location is drastically lower.
