Absolute worse place imaginable on hwy 92! After waiting in line forever till 10:30 I get up to the drive thru at 10:45 and no... one answers. Nobody at the drive thru window and I waited for a while to order. This is why Taco Bell is up the road becausethis deal taco is so unreliable and the night shift is trashy! Why do you accept Uber and DoorDash orders every time??? Then proceed to wait half an hour to cancel them. Please just turn the... app off or click no on your iPad. You people really are the worst and will hopefully be gone before long. The drive throughisn?t much better in my experience. Read more
We really enjoy Del Taco. The food is so much better than Taco Bell. Largest challenge, there aren't as many locations. Use the... app to order ahead. The location I go to doesn't have enough staff - so you can only go through the drive thru. Read more
We didn't wait too long, but while we were there 2 others waited for 20+ minutes for their food. I was upset with myself because... I never get ground beef at places like this. To me it's fake meat. Anyway...the food was okay for a fast food place, but nothingout does Chipotle! Read more
Today, Jun 16 2022 would have been my first ever experience at a Del Taco and I was really looking forward to trying it. It was... 2:30pm & there was one car in the drive through but I decided to go inside where it was cool. I went to the front counter onlyto hear 3 or 4 employees in back having a very lively discussion. I stood and waited for 3 minutes while the conversationcontinued. After a few more seconds of being ignored I left. I'm not sure what more to say. I suppose I will try again in thefuture because I typically give a place at least two attempts to make an accurate impression. This attempt was beyondunfavorable. Hopefully the management will discuss customer support with this staff. I personally do not believe it is myresponsibility to try and yell above the discussion to get service at a restaurant. The workers were awesome! There were only 3 employees working. They were working hard and doing an excellent job. They were... serving inside guest & drive thru.
