I honestly tried to get my issue resolved by calling in, but good luck getting someone on the line. I paid for and asked for... guacamole. He confirmed with me that I wanted it on the side. When I got home to realize my daughter?s guacamole wasn?t in thebag I decided to call in. This 1 star review could have been avoided if I was able to get someone on the phone to resolve. Butnot I?m upset that the automated system told me that the best way to rectify this is by emailing them so their associates cancontinue to make more burritos. Read more
This place has gone down. I just ordered a vegetable burrito bowl. The corn is terrible and wet and not sweet, the beans are... from a can, the grilled veggies we're wet and flavorless , nothing had flavor or was good. My chips were stale, the meal wasunedible. Read more
Is okay spot, it's still new so may e growing pains.. Parking is limited and awful, they have the front 3 spots for pick up... orders.. even though they have a drive thru pick up window? Doesn't make logical sense. The tables were almost all dirty when wecame at like 3pm, and they had plenty staff.. However food was yummy as they always are. Like a lot of people here, I was so excited chipotle was finally opening in this location. I have only ordered online from here.... Food itself is not bad but the portion is just not enough! Brand new and already vying for worst customer service in the area. Waited 35 minutes for a cold burrito and stale chips.... Mikayla (spelling?), who appeared to be the manager, said ?I can?t do anything for you, bunch of other people had to wait? whichtells me that many other people are having terrible experiences and she and store management couldn?t care less. I won?t say anything other than this location needs to be shut down immediately. We had to throw our food out after we got it.... This is a poorly managed store with employees with no sense of urgency or work ethic. For my Foodie?s you must get here. I?ve eaten at multiple locations in over all 3 states hands down best by far 10/10 pepper... roasted to perfection, onions grilled to perfection , corn salsa fresh and plump. Enter the location your eyes will be pleasedby the presentation, cleanliness line preparation ,and everything was in Direct order. While eating I still enjoyed the smoketexture of the grill well after my bowl was prepared. When they speak greasy they sell it as well top 100 in my book. Read more
